Te Whatu Ora Taranaki cold chain immunisation support service update

There have been some changes to Taranaki's immunisation coordinator service. After 14 years in the role, Mel has made the decision to retire and the role is currently being recruited. In the interim, cover arrangements are in place, including a period of surgical leave from 9 June to 6 July, during which regionally based immunisation colleagues will be providing support to Taranaki providers.

During this period, the following arrangements are in place: for vaccine queries, contact 0800 IMMUNE; for cold chain queries, phone the Regional Screening Unit on 06 753 7702, where the team will advise which regionally based immunisation coordinator is available to support you that day.
